When seeking support, you deserve an experience that feels safe, personalized, and inclusive. I am committed to helping you through your healing with compassion and sensitivity. You lead the process as I aid in facilitating your journey towards empowerment. I will help you explore your challenges and needs with a collaborative and individualized approach.

Throughout my experience as a clinician, I have worked in various settings providing direct services, training on various mental health topics, crisis support and advocacy, and clinical supervision. I am one of the co-founders and therapists at Bridges to Healing, a group private practice and training center located in both California and Texas. One of the benefits of working with a team is that we offer a range of experience and specialties that can meet your therapeutic needs. In addition, I am a State Certified Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I specialize in sexual abuse/assault, childhood abuse, intimate partner violence, adolescent mental health, identity development, and life transitions. I also work heavily with the South Asian population; being first generation, I can identify with the unique challenges related to cultural identity, generational differences, and value conflicts.
